The vast amount of small Automotive Businesses is those people who were excellent Technicians that decided that working for someone else was not their vocation.
They have had little or no business/management training and have muddled along making a living for themselves without being able to grow or make the money they hoped.
I can mentor you through the process to enable you to understand your business better and grow it.
